Registration

Please be sure to complete the following forms and send them to our registrar in the front office

  • your child's official birth certificate

  • transfer file

  • IEP

  • immunizations

  • a complete, court-stamped copy of any applicable custody documents

*Returning students do not have to provide additional documents or registration information. However, will send home a form at the beginning of the year asking for updated contact information.
