On Friday 4-5-24 we were blessed to receive a $2,000 check from Continental Resources for the Backpack Program. These generous funds will go towards providing meals to about 20 families who are in need of support for nourishment. The money is greatly appreciated by the program as well as these families! This is too awesome not to share! This year, for Reading Month, each class of every grade at the elementary school K-6 was tasked with writing a story and not just any story. Mrs. Lund started the story and then each class added 1-3 sentences. Here is our final product. What amazing imaginations! I hope you enjoy our story "Mrs. Lund and Her Magical Hat" written by 2023-2024 DCE Students! https://youtu.be/ebJeER5ZofM
