Our 6th graders headed up a project to show respect and appreciation for our paraprofessionals and substitute teachers!
The "TREE" poster shows appreciation for our paras and has hands with DCE students' names on the fingers with the headline "You Help Us Grow".
The "SUBMARINE" poster is to honor our substitute teachers and has the signatures of DCE students with the headline "You Keep Us Afloat"!
We're so proud of the creativity of our students in showing the love to our paras and subs who are a big part of keeping our school functioning on a daily basis! THANK YOU!

Get them while they are hot! Meatball Subs and Ruebens!

For the love of sandwiches, the foods boys are making some well known sandwiches this week. Up today were The Fluffernutter, a Monte Cristo, and the classic French Dip.

We were feeling the love at DC after this wonderful surprise and such heartfelt kindness! Thank you to everyone for your donations! We can't show you a picture of the "Filled Fridge" because...well... it was APPRECIATED very quickly! Be assured there are still goodies in the fridge but you wouldn't have had the full effect with that photo! LOL! Special thank you to Traci Lund for organizing this whole idea!
WE LOVE our DC Community & Families!
