The Divide County FBLA program has been postponed until further notice, due to the power outage and no school on April 25.
Due to the power outages in most of the Divide County School District area, there will be no school on Monday, April 25, 2022. Thank you for your understanding. ATTENTION all Parents and Students of After Prom Party
A decision needed to be made tonight before food was prepared and setup was complete.
After many phone calls and text messages it has been decided that we will NOT have an After Prom Party. Prizes will be moved to the high school immediately following grand march and drawings will start between 11 and 1115. We will need about 8 people to help move and set up prizes at the school.
Kids will leave the school immediately following prizes.
No elementary basketball tournament on Saturday! The Alexander elementary basketball tournament scheduled for Saturday April 23, has been cancelled due to weather!

If students have hair/makeup appointments tomorrow (Fri), they must bring a note from their parent telling when the appointment is and requesting permission to be excused for the appointment and the rest of the day. If not excused for such an appointment the student will be considered unexcused if absent and not allowed to attend prom.. ALL students signed up to attend prom will be excused at 2:37 tomorrow.

Spring Concert Dates! Grades K - 3 will be held on May 5 @ 7:00 pm. Grades 4 - 6 will be held on May 10 @ 7:00 pm. Grades 7 - 12 will be held on May 12 @ 7:00 pm.
Elementary Basketball games scheduled to be played at DC on Thur. April 21st, will now be played at Lignite, due to the changing of the PROM date. DC @ Lignite on April 21, 2022. Boys game is at 4:30 and girls at 5:30.
No elementary basketball games or practice today! All elementary basketball games for today have been cancelled due to weather.
Due to weather-(more snow)- PROM will be moved from Saturday April 23 to Friday April 22. Grand March will begin at 8 pm on Friday April 22 and the dance will follow. Thank you for your flexibility!

Currently we have a lot of activities that have been postponed. Plans are in the works to reschedule them, more information will be posted at a later date.
We got back to school just in time for cheese tasting!
Due to the snowfall received today, and the current road conditions, Divide County School District will be having at 10:00 a.m. start on Monday, April 18, 2022. Buses will run where possible. Thank you.
Due to the weather and road conditions, DCSD classes are cancelled for Thursday, April 14 2022. Classes will resume as scheduled on Monday, April 18th.
