NCC is participating in the National FCC Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) program which provides a financial benefit to help families and households struggling to afford internet service.
Eligible participants can receive a monthly discount of $30 toward broadband internet service.

GBB- Region 8 Tournament is on Monday, Feb. 21, 2022. DC will play Trenton in the 2nd game of the afternoon at 4:30 PM. The Region 8 Tournament is at the 4Bears Casino Event Center in New Town. Bracket Attached

Mini Maroons will have their final performance of the season tomorrow, February 15th. Grades 1-3 will perform at half time of the junior high boys' game which begins at 5:45 PM. Junior high games run shorter than JV games so please plan accordingly. Grades 4-6 will perform at half time of the Varsity game which is set to begin around 7:15 P.M.
Each group is asked to meet in the commons by the office with 3 minutes remaining in the first half of their respective game.
We will have our final Mini Maroons on Saturday, February 19th at our regular times. Thanks to all the coaches and volunteers for all they do for this program. Its been great to see the kids improve each week while having a lot of fun!
The Maroons had a team breakfast to start the day off right and fuel them for the championship game against Kenmare tonight at 7:30.

If you are in need of some appetizer ideas for the superbowl, hit these boys up. They just finished up an appetizer unit, and shared the spread with the teachers. The menu included: sliders, ham& pickle rolls, buffalo chicken dip, oreo dip, jalepeno Popper pinwheels, bacon wrapped smokies, hot pizza pinwheels, cheesecake dip, candied almonds and pretzel bites with cheese.
Congratulations around! These 3 young ladies put in the extra time and effort to put together a presentation on all the activities our chapter has done over this year for FCCLA STAR events. They competed and will be advancing to compete at State FCCLA.

Attention Sophomore, Junior and Senior parents! There will be an After Prom meeting Wednesday 530 at the Community Center.
The GBB games tonight (2/4/22) will be played at Minot HS. Game times are JV-545/ V-715 pm.
Week 4 of Mini Maroons will be held tomorrow at our regular scheduled times at Divide County High School. Grades 1-3 will be from 9-9:45 and Grades 4-6 from 9:45-11. Reminder to bring a water bottle and gym shoes with you. Enter through the weight room door on the South side of the building. We will be handing out shirts at the conclusion of each session. If you can't be there we will keep your shirt and get it to you next time.

Thanks to Maddy, Sofia, Morgan and Chase who are members of Divide County's FCCLA program. They joined our 3rd grade class today to teach students about being a good friend and classmate. The students enjoyed a wide variety of activities that each had a great lesson about how hurtful words are not an easy thing to take back.
