As part of DCE's AR (Accelerated Reader) program, we CELEBRATE students' learning and reading accomplishments with MVL (Most Valuable Learner) and MVR (Most Valuable Reader) Awards! We have AWESOME LEARNERS & READERS to recognize each month at our monthly assemblies! Congratulations to ALL our teachers and students on your accomplishments!
September MVL & MVR Recipients: Tyson Hibbard, Jaxon Hendrickson, Coy Svangstu, Lucas Hubble, Blake Vassen, Lia Ponce Berrios, Dylan Sorenson, (Mrs. Lund), Liam Blair Jacobs, Rylei Bracco, Kinlie Martens, Adley Haggin, Nina Kocher, Shea Lindsey, Becca Titus Kocher

Each month, DCE focuses on a specific character trait. September's focus was RESPECT. Students were given a TICKET whenever they get caught showing great respect to themselves, others, or property. The tickets go into a drawing for each grade level. One winner is selected from each grade level and they get to choose an item from the Goody Box. We had LOTS of tickets turned in during September. Keep up the great work DCE! October's focus is RESPONSIBILITY.
